Shaping the Future ofWorkforce Technology

We build, back, and scale workforce technology companies: as advisors, as venture partners, and as investors.

Built differently to Big Consulting

Specialist operators, not generalist advisors.

The strategy houses and the Big 4 sell process: months of interviews, your own insights played back in a hundred-page deck, and a recommendation that arrives as the engagement team leaves, at a seven-figure price.

We are built on the opposite model:

They interview your team and sell your conclusions back to you.

We bring judgment from having run businesses like yours.

They deliver the deck and leave.

We stay through execution and hold the same targets you do.

They staff leverage models of analysts.

You work with partners only: the people you meet are the people who deliver.

They charge for time.

We price against outcomes, at a fraction of the fees.

If you want a document, hire a consultancy. If you want the outcome, talk to us.

About us

Advisory and ownership.

A strategic advisory and corporate development firm built exclusively for the global workforce technology sector.

Growth Capital Advisory operates at the intersection of advisory and ownership. We advise companies at commercial inflection points. We co-found and operate ventures alongside established market leaders. We build the enterprise services layer around AI-native products. And we take selective equity positions in early-stage companies where our involvement changes the trajectory.

Every partner has built, led, or invested in businesses like yours. Judgment earned in the seat, not observed from the sideline.

GCA is an advisory and venture firm, not a fund. We commit our own time, capital, and relationships, and we hold ourselves accountable for the outcome.

Four offerings

How we engage

01

Strategic Advisory

Retainer and project-based advisory for workforce technology companies from $1M to $50M ARR, and for the investors behind them.

  • GTM strategy and market entry
  • Enterprise sales and pipeline build
  • Investor narrative and diligence readiness
  • Fractional commercial leadership: embedded CRO and CCO capacity
  • Customer success and retention
  • CEO and board advisement, Chair and NED appointments, commercial diligence for PE

02

Ventures: Co-Founded Joint Ventures

We partner with established workforce technology companies to launch new ventures, co-founded, jointly owned, and operator-led from day one.

The structure is deliberate. The partner contributes product, platform, or market presence; GCA contributes commercial leadership, GTM execution, and enterprise relationships. Governance and equity are aligned from the outset, and each venture is built to stand on its own.

For a business with a proven asset and an unproven market, this is faster and lower-risk than building a commercial team from scratch.

03

Enterprise Services for AI-Native Products

AI-native products win pilots and stall in procurement. Enterprise buyers do not buy software; they buy outcomes, and outcomes require a services layer most AI-native vendors have not built.

GCA designs and delivers that layer, end to end:

  • Problem definition and diagnostic: frame the business problem in the buyer's language and quantify the cost of the status quo
  • Discovery and business case: stakeholder discovery, solution scoping, and a board-ready business case that survives procurement
  • Implementation: structured deployment with enterprise governance, integration, and success criteria agreed up front
  • Change management and adoption: the work that determines whether the product renews. Workflow redesign, enablement, and adoption measurement

For the vendor, this converts product sales into enterprise outcomes and expands deal size. For the enterprise, it de-risks buying from an early-stage AI company.

04

Early-Stage Investments

We take selective equity positions in seed to Series A workforce technology companies where GCA plays a long-term role in building the business.

We are not passive capital. Where we invest, we work: fractional leadership, board seats as Chair or Non-Executive Director, and the introductions that land first enterprise logos. We invest where our involvement changes the outcome, and decline where it would not.

Partners only.

Why GCA?

  • Operator-led

Our partners have built and led global businesses in this sector. We advise, invest, and co-found from experience, not theory.

  • Skin in the game

Retainers alone do not align incentives. Success fees, equity, and co-founded ventures mean we win only when you do.

  • Enterprise access

Workforce technology is bought by committees that rarely take cold introductions. We open those conversations through relationships built over decades of operating alongside the people who hold the budget.

  • We stay through execution

Advice that ends at the recommendation is easy to give and hard to use. We hold the same targets our clients do, and we remain answerable for whether they are met.

Commercial models.Aligned incentives across four structures.

GCA is an advisory and venture firm, not a fund.
